The use of filtering for what you want displayed when you use the 'all_tle' file sounds great. In the past I've done what you suggested by editing/combining some of the smaller tle sets to make a custom file set when needed.

However, what I was asking is to be able to keep the d/l help window open after each tle d/l without defaulting back to the main screen. This would allow you to be able to continue and choose additional tle files without having to go back to the main screen. Repeat and go through the 'Settings', 'TLE=' each time in order choose another tle file from the d/l help window.
