Um. Let me get back to you on that one...

I mentioned the 'guide9.htm' page on this list because I figured there
was something I'd forgotten to mention, and thought I'd get some quick
feedback here. I should have thought through the possibility that,
with a GPL-ed program, the DVD and the manual become "decoupled".

Incidentally, the manual is available in PDF format (about 243 KBytes):
