Hi all

I am having trouble setting up guide on my home PC - I was wondering
if I can get advice on this.

I have had guide running succesfully on a laptop, but I'm having
trouble with this new machine.

It is a Win 95 machine at present. Both Guide, and Hyperterminal,
are reporting that they cannot open the com port. I have tried both
com1 and com2. The serial mouse will work OK in either, so I don't
think there is much wrong with the hardware.

Is there some switch somewhere in Win95 that prevents applications
from getting access to a com port?
