That file, like the artificial satellite magnitude data, was
hosted on www.io.com (both were part of Mike McCants' site). So
again, Guide was looking for a file that wasn't there.

If you download

http://home.gwi.net/~pluto/tle.hee

Guide will start looking for both files in their new home on
prismnet.com.

Those were the only two files fetched from Mike's site, so I'd
expect everything else to Just Work.

_That_ shouldn't happen; one ought to get some sort of "file
not found" message. I will investigate.
