I have solved the magnitude problem to my satisfaction for MP 2010 DK71.

Looking at the orbital elements in Guide 8 that were downloaded from the Klet mirror site I noticed that the Absolute mag (H) was listed as 0.15 which was same as the slope parameter given just below it, which is generally given as 0.15.
I think that the slope parameter was placed in the wrong box since in the WISE satellite data does not include magnitudes in their reporting of positions.
