Hi Bob,

no minor planet has usually brightness higher than 6 mag. So I guess it must be a mistake!

I checked this MP in MPES:

http://scully.cfa.harvard.edu/cgi-bin/mpeph2.cgi

There you could learn that this object´s orbital solution is based only on 7 observation from 3 days arc (discovered by WISE spacecraft) ...

So do not try to catch it, it would be a waste of time!
