I now know what caused it work this time.

I had used the following software

http://www.astrogeeks.com/AstroGeeks/NexHub/index.html

which takes a com and splits it to other com's. After I ran nexhub and then used guide after it, I got a different message then before, when I clicked on the toggle scope location indicator, after setting the options in scope control.

So I will turn on nexhub, and be able to use the scope option :)
