Fw: Landolt's 2009 paper/display in Guide

For the photometrists among you it was recently announced on the AAVSO
photometry discussion group that Arlo Landolt has published an update
to his equatorial standards in AJ 137 and that it is available at
http://iopscience.iop.org/1538-3881/137/5/4186/

I subsequently asked Bill if it was possible to include it in Guide
and this was his response.

I've also uploaded the file to that section of the user group after
testing it showed that it was OK.
