...And here I thought _I_ hung on to old hardware a long time!
Guides 7 and 8 will definitely not run on this system. There are DOS
versions of these, used by maybe a few dozen people, almost all running
Mel Bartels' AltAz scope control system. But DOS Guides 7 and 8 require
a '386 DOS extender.
You might be able to get away with Guide 5 or 6. For those versions,
I supplied a "normal" 16-bit DOS version, which looks to be the only
thing that would run on your gadget. With Guide 6, I started banging
into the limits of 640K so hard that there was no point in fighting any
longer, back in what now seems like the Stone Age year of 1998:

I still have a few Guide 5 and 6 CDs, stored these many years in the
loft of my mother's barn. If you're interested, I can mail one of each
to you, and you can see what happens.
Back then, the concept of an "install to hard drive" didn't exist,
simply because who had 600+ MBytes of hard drive space? But a few brave
souls got around this:

It's at least possible that this would work, and I'm willing to send
you disks to give it a try. But it's probably right at the ragged edge
of what this device can run; you may end up deciding it makes more sense
to run SkyGlobe. (In fact, I'd recommend trying that, if possible, in
order to have a way to double-check any scope communication problems.)
