My old PC finally went to the great junkyard in the sky. Purchaced a new one with Windows 7 64 Bit. Used installation patch from website and everything installed OK. A bit qwirky. One issue I can't resolve is on the time menu I cannot change the time zone. It is set to GMT and will not allow me to change it.

Any suggestions?
