I've been using Guide since V3.0 and have loved it since day one, for a number of reasons.
1) It is one of the most comprehesive programs of its kind. The database is monsterous.
2) It is one of the most accurate programs of its kind. When your looking to find objects that are right on the edge of seeing, it is an invaluable tool for pin-pointing those faint fuzzies.
3) Bill Gray provides the best support in the business!

Due its size and complexity there is a bit of a learning curve, but the program is logically set up and intuitive, the pull-down menus are pretty self-explanatory and the user's guide can usually get you through just about any problem you get into. However, if you have a problem or need help with something, the support of this group or Bill Gray can always take care of you.
