It's a NEAT problem. There was a post on the Minor Planet Mailing List
about this recently; you aren't the only one seeing trouble.

Incidentally, there's a separate list for Find_Orb:

There is some overlap between Guide and Find_Orb users, but there
are enough Find_Orb users not using Guide that I felt a separate list
would be a good idea.
