Once again, two of my computers were bitten by the "Time Offset" bug last night when I
went from Oct 30 UT to Oct 31 UT, gaining one hour on Guide's time reference. I had to
correct this problem earlier this year by using the Alt-J
"TOFFSET=1"
to bring the time to the correct value, and last night changed to
'TOFFSET=0"'
after which Guide continued to display the correct time.

Any idea what might be going on with this? I thought that this was a problem related to
the ignorant DST change a few years back, but I cannot seem to shake the problem.
