Hmmm... that's rather odd... a couple of questions:

I gather the button says 'PPM' on it? When you move the cursor over
that button, what does it say on the application title bar? (You should
get some help text such as "Download PPMXL Data" or "Go To PPM Star".)

Could you both e-mail me the file 'toolbar.dat' from your Guide folders?
Doubtless something odd here I'm overlooking... seeing how your toolbars
are configured might give me some insight.
