Hello Bill,

because you are working on Guide9 I want to mention again a bug in Guide8
that is still present since Guide8 can operate with ASACOM scope drivers.

Working with Guide8 we can click on a star and get additional information
from a different star catalog using the right mouse button. And a further
click on next in the context information window will bring information from
an other star catalog available and so on. After all informations from all
star catalogs about an object have been shown a further right click
automatic jumps the cursor to the next star close to the star before and so
on.

But there is a different behaviour and I think a significant problem if an
ASCOM driver for scope controll is loaded in Guide8.

If the ASCOM driver is loaded and you try to get additional informations
from several star catalogs about the same object in the way described above,
Guide8 does not show further informations from an other star catalog. Guide8
always hangs on the first shown star catalog and on the same object for ever
if clicking with right mouse button on next in the context menue.

So to get informations also from other star catalogs installed one has to
zoom in very deep to show the separated stars positions from the different
star catalogs. And now I can try to find and select the star disk drawn by
the catalog which informations are needed.
