Yes Doc, the Use MPC data is checkmarked. Don't think that the MPC database would come through without the checkmark. But doing a go-to for one of the DAILY NEOs such as 2010 MF1 I get NOT AN ASTEROID when using the full MPCORB.dat file. If I rename the NEAm00.txt file to mpcorb.dat the NEOs are there.

For the record, yesterday's MPCORB.dat file header states

"MINOR PLANET CENTER ORBIT DATABASE (MPCORB) File prepared 2010 Aug. 10 This file contains published orbital elements for all numbered and unnumbered multi-opposition minor planets for which it is possible to make reasonable predictions. It also includes published elements for recent one-opposition minor planets and is intended to be complete through the last issued Daily Orbit Update MPEC. As such it is intended to be of interest primarily to astrometric observers

So indeed the DAILY.txt material is in there somewhere. I've encountered this situation before and it seemed to eventually go away.

It's confusing, but that seems to be my normal state these days.
