I'll bet that if you go into Extras... Toggle User-Added Datasets,
and look for "UCAC-3", and double-click on it, you'll find either
that UCAC-3 is off, or set to display at some still smaller field
of view. What do the "show at" values in that dialog look like? And
what field of view do you have for level 10?

Given this, you may find that with UCAC-3 turned on, and/or
zooming in a bit more, the common names (and other star labels
such as Greek letters, Flamsteed numbers, etc.) go away.
