That is correct; this obviously is not an operating system issue, since I have been using
the same computers for years now, and using Guide when Bill first introduced it. The
occurred when we updated the last (not this July 12 version) Guide update.

Actually I do set up all computers based on a master computer and there must be some
corrupt file within the master list that did not "like" the last update of Guide.
However, I have no idea on how to identify which one this might be.

I am using both Home and Pro versions of XP...all SP3.
