All settings are usually under right click, then display button, or toggle user datasets, double click upon the name of the dataset of interest, for TDF based datasets.

And if you can't find where it says "field", just turn ucac3 display off temporarily and see if the problem is solved, when you want to turn them back on, well re-assembly is reverse of disassembly, as the Haines manuals always say.
