The 13 are as 1 as they are clone OSed, connected or not, so it not working on any of the 13 makes no odds any different to it not working on just any single 1 of them. It adds no information re failure to write labels.

As the changing the tick boxes and viewing solution appears to have failed, service pack 3ness is a potential red herring. You'll no doubt have autoupdate running as it's default.

If others have lack of label scenario with the new update they could comment on what particular OS they're running, to see if it is OS specific or whether such is a red herring and it is instead a general problem.

In fact, I'll even try the new update on my ancient OS, which never has any of the problems all you guys who're always running the later stuff have re labels and screen display and big toolbar buttons etc.
