Hi Clay,

John's comment about the label color leads me to a suggestion:
try going into Display... Background and switch to 'Chart Mode'.
(Or, if you're already in Chart Mode, switch back to Normal Colors).

That way, you might go from having the labels be in black on
a black background to having them be black on a white background.

Also: the Star Display dialog shows, along the right-hand edge,
three boxes for setting label colors. The top box of these three
sets the colors for Greek (Bayer) letters and for common star names.
Which leads to a couple of questions:

(1) Is that box set to some color other than Guide's background?

(2) If you turn the Bayer labels on, do _they_ show up?
