<Groan> Unfortunately, Masaki Kouda is correct; the time zone
list file wasn't correctly updated. As a matter of fact, the version
posted was _very_ old, omitting assorted time zones added by Paul
Schlyter back in March. I just fixed this.

If you've already downloaded the new version of Guide, you need
not do so again. Just grab this (2K) file and unZIP it in your
Guide directory:

http://www.projectpluto.com/timezone.zip

If you don't care about displaying and entering sidereal times
or local mean times or Ephemeris Time values, you can safely ignore
this completely. Guide won't malfunction as a result of this data
not being present.
