Tycho IDs are basically the same as GSC IDs. The folks who put
the Tycho catalog together apparently felt there were enough identifiers
in the world. (With which I'd heartily agree.) So if you turn on GSC
numbers, you'll get the Tycho ones in the process.

You can use Go To... Star... GSC and enter (for example) "3141 592".
Or you can use Go To... Object Name, and enter (for example) "GSC 3141 592".
