Hi Bill,

In eclipse map Extras, I always use "Local events only" which is not
checked, and never use "Partial events" which is checked. Is there a
way to reverse this? Every time a Delta-T line in guide.dat is
changed, Guide has to be closed and then reopened to effect that
change. Since I do this manually many times a day, it gets to be a problem.
