Hi Bill,

I'm using the 3 April 2010 version in Windows XP Home. I have never
tried Extras... Asteroid/Comet Options since my primary use of Guide
is for eclipses. That said, I just tried it, clicked the Add MPC
Comets / Asteroids, clicked Okay without clicking either d/l bar, no
crash. Repeated, clicked each d/l bar, then clicked okay without
actually d/l anything. Also tried it with Cancel, still no crash.

Don't know if this helps any, since I didn't actually d/l
anything. Could it make a difference with just using the original
comets/asteroids files?
