Hi everyone

Perhaps everyone is aware that due to a major spam attack on the MPC
computers the pages for the comet orbital elements have moved. The old
links are still active, but the files are not updated since about mid
February. That means that the update technically works, but in fact
nothing is updated :-(

For manual update, the files are now here:

(some of the links are still broken).

I placed add_mpc.hee and add_mpc.hde files here (for German and
English). The broken links have been removed, and the others are
corrected to their new locations.

Simply overwrite the existing files in your Guide directory (perhaps
backup the old ones), and Guide will update the correct comet and
asteroid files via internet.
