quasar distances

When you right-click on a quasar, it gives you the redshift value.
Is there a chart somewhere, or an "easy" calculation to find out the approximate light year distance?
For instance, Einstein's Cross, Q 2237+0305, it says a redshift value of 1.695. How many millions (or billions) of light years is that?
Thanks!
