I'm using XP Pro, selected U.T. in Guide 8 and the chart is one hour
behind in U.T. The problem has nothing to do with any version of
Windows time settings. My PC clock reads the exact EST as it should for
my time zone (Florida). I think the bug is in the Guide software itself
which may have the change to EST set for the second Sunday in November.
We will see if this is the case tomorrow morning.
My guess is the Guide program reads our PC clocks and adds one hour in
order to change from daylight savings time to standard time. Once this
happens the current U.T. will also be correct.
