The MPC list is in some need of updating. Try this one:

You're probably seeing two datasets, 'MPC Stations' and
'MPC Stations (new)'. The latter is what you should use. I
made some modifications to the station list so it would give you
info as to the nation and subdivision of a given MPC station.
