In truth, I thought the previous update _did_ fix the problem.

It's easy enough to test, though: fire up Guide and zoom in
on some UCAC-3 data. If the designations are three digits, a '-',
plus six digits, everything is working correctly; that's just
the way UCAC-3 designations ought to look.

If they show up as nine digits with no '-' in them, you've got
the older version and should grab the current software.
