Ouch! You're right; the file got moved around at USNO. I've
fixed the link.

Yes.

I am reasonably confident that with 'wds_new.zip' and the latest
WDS, you'll be all set. After running 'add_loc', Guide will
have a new list of double star names and a much better idea of
where they are. Let me know if you're still seeing any trouble.
