If you're short of man-hours, the obvious way to solve the man-hour
problem is to get yourself a bigger staff, i.e. to hire people to
work on the project. I don't know if this is the right way for Guide
though: if Guide switched from a one-man project to a team project,
I think we would see a lot of changes in the product, and many old
GUide users would probably not like several of those changes.
