Re: Displaying/turning off B1.0 stars from hard drive

Please consider this a sub-heading entitled fine-tuning B1.0 downloads.

Along the same lines as the ....from hard drive question, while Guide 8 makes it a snap to download a section of interest from the USNO B1.0, I haven't found any way to limit magnitudes or identifications in the download. At this time I'm not interested in the fainter 20 mag objects and can't see the forest for the trees. But changing the star magnitude limit has no effect on the download. Nor can I turn off the download labels. What am I missing?
