I think you are confusing the Local Hour versus Hour Angle. HA in Guide
is the time away from the Local Hour which can only be max of +12 or
-12. Local Hour is from 0 to 24 take directly looking South for northern
hemisphere and North for the Southern one. Set you clock to LST time
zone, go to North(for South folks) and set your steps to "Real time"
with "Horizon" selected and it will show the LH.
