but Guide 8 does not recognize and read the new data!

Therefore for me it is impossible to see all the data of the comets discovered in 2009!

Either you enter the orbital elements at:
http://www.cfa.harvard.edu/iau/Ephemerides/Comets/index.html
http://www.cfa.harvard.edu/iau/Ephemerides/Comets/2009F6.html
manually,

or you download the current set of orbital elements of comets via:
http://www.cfa.harvard.edu/iau/Ephemerides/Comets/SoftwareComets.html
http://www.cfa.harvard.edu/iau/Ephemerides/Comets/Soft02Cmt.txt
and use this.
