First don't copy the files directly to the hardrive, run the install
from the first CD. Start the program from the CD then go to the menu and
select "extra" and install what you need to the drive from the 2 CDs.
Download the latest update and install. If you are using Vista, look on
the site for the installation fix. Now you should be able to run from
the drive only.
