Hello Bill!

I have noted a little anomaly in the "time management":
the time displayed in the Time Box dialog window (Settings->Time menu...) is different from the time showed in the legend by one second!
For example, if the legend show 0:00:00 UTC, the time in Time dialog Box is 23:59:59 UTC of the preceding day.
In the same manner, if I set 0:00:00 by ALT-0 hotkey, in the legend I read 0:00:00 but in Time dialog Box is displayed 23:59:59.
Another example: setting the time 11:00:00 (any time zone) with the Time dialog Box, the legend show 11:00:01.
The "glitch" is present in last few version (beta and official) of Guide 8.
