When displaying a FITS format image for measuring stars in Charon
I cannot move the cursor around the image on the screen. Instead
the cursor appears to be confined to the bottom 5 percent of the
screen. I tried switching from 1024x768 to the lowest 640x480
resolution mode but this had no effect. The system uses an
ATI Xpert98D AGP graphics card and there is a total of 256 megs
main system memory.

Has there been any trouble using ATI brand cards with Charon?

As for converting Charon to a Windows98 or 2000 program, is it
simply to difficult to write the graphics display code under
Windows? It sure would make using Charon much easier on most
computer systems.
