Go to the "Animation" menu. Click on "Animation Dialogue"
In the box that appears on window check mark in the "Real Time" button.
Then a dialogue window ask for "Real time update (seconds).
Put in the number of seconds that you want it to renew the field.
Start the animation by hitting the forward arrow.

Then if you want to follow a certain object that is changing position in your FOV,
right click on the object say OK, then check the "Moving" button in the "Animation
Dialogue box"
