yes this can be done easily. Click on |Animation| in the tool bar and then on
|Animation dialog...|. Select the object that should be centered (normaly stars)
and mark "Real time". Then you are asked for an update rate. Input your
prefered number in seconds. Then click on the right double arrows to start the
real time animation. To stop the real time animation first click on the middle
button (square). Then you can remove the marker in the Real Time box.
