You may have the wrong list for this one, though there
are certainly a fair number of Scope.exe users here. I'd
suggest trying

(For those who don't know about what we're talking: Scope
is part of Mel Bartels' AltAz system, for controlling a
telescope with stepper motors and an astonishingly bare
minimum of hardware. Guide can 'talk' to Scope, sending
and receiving coordinates.)
