Hi Scott,

That could happen if any of several files were missing
or clobbered. (In fact, I'm a bit surprised that the
program is working at all. Do you see toolbar buttons?
What happens when you go into Settings... Toolbar? Do
any hotkeys work? I'd expect some or all of those functions
to have been broken.)

Best workaround will probably be this: get the current
update file, and unZIP it in your Guide folder. That will
probably replace the missing file, or overwrite a damaged
one.
