THANK YOU!!!

Not only was I able to install the entire 1.2GB program onto the thumb
drive, but I was then able to simply copy the files from the thumb
drive over to the new netbook. Seems to work just fine! Not sure why
things didn't work over the network, didn't have a problem with any
other programs.

Even though I've got Guide installed on the hard drive now, your idea
makes me think it might not be a bad idea to have ALL my astro
software installed to a thumb drive as well.
