Hi Ray,

Click on "Animation" in toolbar.
Click on "Real time".
In the window that comes up, enter the rate you want to update in seconds.
Then in the "Animation" widow, select the type of motion you want, fixed
horizon or fixed on stars.
If you want to fix on a moving object, you must have RIGHT clicked on
the object before starting to activate "Animation" and select "Moving".
To start the tracking, left click on the right hand double arrow head.
Guide will update at the rate you selected until you click on the square.
