Hello Bill,

there seems to be a small bug in the latest (29.08.2008) Guide 8 version.

I did the following:
Find mp Ruriko (I hope there will be an occultation this evening (around 18:30
UT)). Answer: no minor planet. Ok forgot to set "use mpc database". Switched it
on. Find mp Ruriko: ok found. Find comet C/2006S3. Ok. Find C/2006 W3. Ok.
Find mp Ruriko: shows comet C/2006 S3. Only when I end Guide and start it
again then when searching for mp Ruriko it is found.

But the problem seems only to happen after I right clicked on a comet and
center it. Then finding a mp will center this last comet. But when writing a new
name of a mp in the field it will be centered.

So the error seems to be that the input field of finding a mp is not used correctly
when there is made no change.
