Hi,

recently I was delighted to see that someone provided Guide files for
M81 globulars:

However drilling a bit deeper, I soon found out that this list is
pretty useless + in error! The author of the list has used this paper
http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/1995AJ....109.1055P
but this paper only deals with GC CANDIDATES ! - i.e. those objects
are not verified to be GCs, and in fact most of them aren't
(foreground stars, many are much too bright for GCs at m-M=28mag)!

Checking through the follow-up paper of Perelmuter et al.

you can find the correct dataset of verified GCs in M81.

I guess, we should let others know about this error.

Anyway, I like + use Guide a lot. Excellent program !
