A couple of questions:

What happens when you attempt to get DSS images? Do you
get any sort of error message, or other behavior that might
indicate what's going on? Do you get images, but they just
aren't quite what they ought to be?

Perhaps more importantly: are you using the current software
from http://www.projectpluto.com/update8.htm ? Assorted issues
_have_ come up over the years, but (as far as I know) they're
all addressed at present. (If anyone else has seen problems,
please jump in here.)

Do non-color images appear correctly? That is to say, is
the problem one of color, or one of getting images?
