Hi Bill,

A few days a go, I was able to download the April 27 2003 version of the Guide
8 user manual from http://www.projectpluto.com/manual/ Today, both Firefox and
MS Internet Explorer say:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /manual/ on this server.

Is this a temporary condition?

I can still get a page at a time by clicking on "HTML version of manual" on
the projectpluto home page. I prefer to use the entire file when I am away
from an internet connection.
