Thkx Alan for providing your info. Your TRACERT shows your request for the
Project Pluto web site and is hanging at the 'next' hop after the
vl3857.na21.b007216-0.bos01.atlas.cogentco.com Server. No response is being
received from the 'next' unidentified Server. Maybe Bill will recognize the
'atlas.cogentco' Server and can call someone to get it fixed for you.

It looks like you're experiencing the same thing I am, but to a different
web site. You're even failing in 17 hops just like me. Hopefully one of
these days they'll get things fixed up out there. It's 'not' Bill's web
site, it's one of the interconnecting Domain Name Servers 'before' getting
to Bill's web site...joe :P

PS: What's happening in Tracert is 'every' DNServer from your UK location
to Bill in California is sending a msg back to you telling you it received
your request with the time in milliseconds. Isn't it interesting how many
different Servers you go through to get some place? Lots of stuff goes on
in the background in so short of time which most people are unaware of.
