For what its worth, I am using XP service pack 3 and Norton and can
access all projectpluto sites.

Hi Alan,
I just tried projectpluto.com using SeaMonkey browser on XP Home sp2
and had no problem. If you have sp3, I've heard there are problems
with some security programs, don't know details. Have you tried the
update file
at
<http://www.projectp <http://www.projectpluto.com/new.htm>
luto.com/new.htm>http://www.projectp
<http://www.projectpluto.com/new.htm> luto.com/new.htm
? Unless Bill's whole site is blocked for some reason, you should
at least be able to update Guide.
